RéSUMé: Le carcinome épidermoïde de l'urètre masculin est une tumeur rare, les tumeurs de l'urètre tous types confondus représentant moins de 1 % des tumeurs de l'appareil urinaire. Le pronostic reste défavorable malgré un traitement chirurgical énergique. La radiochimiothérapie semble être un traitement prometteur, mais son rôle doit être défini par d'autres études.

A 39-year-old man, who had undergone left nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma of clear cell type, was noted to have a solitary nodular shadow in the right lung on chest X-ray. Percutaneous needle biopsy of the lung was performed via the right anterior chest wall and the histologic findings showed metastasis from renal carcinoma. Six month later, the patient presented with a cutaneous nodule at the site of puncture of the lung needle biopsy.

Our case concerns 66-year-old female with a multiple unusual locations of hydatid cysts including bladder, psoas muscle and liver. Coexistence of hydatid cysts in these localizations has not been previously reported. The diagnosis of vesical hydatid cyst was facilitated by the coexistence of other echinococcosis locations.
