Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is an inflammatory-mediated rare disease that can be linked to rare manifestations. Erythema nodosum (EN) and polyarthritis, seen in a multitude of autoinflammatory and autoimmune diseases, have been rarely linked to IGM.
