Purpose: Contrast-enhanced digital mammography (CEDM) is a relatively new imaging technique recombining low- and high-energy mammograms to emphasise iodine contrast. This work aims to perform a multicentric physical and dosimetric characterisation of four state-of-the-art CEDM systems.

Methods: We evaluated tube output, half-value-layer (HVL) for low- and high-energy and average glandular dose (AGD) in a wide range of equivalent breast thicknesses.

Background: The hospitalization of a preterm infant in the NICU can lead to mental health difficulties in parents, but not much is known how paternal anxiety might affect the mother-infant relationship.

Methods: This prospective cohort study is a secondary analysis investigating how paternal anxiety levels might affect maternal bonding in the NICU using the dataset of the multinational pragmatic randomized controlled trial LongSTEP. A linear mixed-effects model was used for correlations of paternal anxiety (GAD-7) and maternal bonding (PBQ) at NICU discharge, and at 6 and 12 months infant corrected age.

A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial of Vaginal Cryotherapy for the Treatment of Pelvic Floor Myofascial Pain.

Introduction And Hypothesis: Pelvic floor myofascial pain (PFMP) is a common but underrecognized component of chronic pelvic pain and pelvic floor disorders symptoms with limited, well-studied treatment modalities. (1) Background and (2) Methods: In this retrospective, observational, monocentric study, we selected a cohort of eighty-five patients (age range 38-87 years old, 51 men), enrolled between January 2014 and December 2020, with a newly diagnosed renal mass smaller than 4 cm (SRM) that later underwent nephrectomy surgery (partial or total) or tumorectomy with an associated histopatological study of the lesion. Israeli Parents' Lived Experiences of Music Therapy With Their Preterm Infants Post-Hospitalization.

In the current study, we aimed to explore the lived experience of Israeli parents who engaged in musical dialogues with their preterm infants during music therapy (MT) after being discharged from the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), as a part of the multinational LongSTEP RCT. Seven participants of the main trial were invited to engage in semi-structured in-depth interviews intertwining listening to audio recordings from their music therapy sessions in an adapted interpersonal process recall (IPR) procedure. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA).
