Coronary arterial fistulae are rare, but it is one of the most common coronary artery anomalies. Most of the cases are asymptomatic in younger patients unless it is large and of haemodynamic significance. The incidence of thromboembolic complications usually increases with age.

Background Prolactinomas are prolactin(PRL)-secreting neoplastic lesions that can lead to metabolic disturbances and insulin resistance. Background Coinfection of viral hepatitis and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is not uncommon in Pakistan. Coinfection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) with HIV is associated with a poor prognosis.
