Conventional and advanced implant treatment in the type II diabetic patient: surgical protocol and long-term clinical results.

Materials And Methods: Prospective study enrolling type-2 diabetic patients suffering from edentulism, having a mean perioperative HbA1c level of 7.2%, and compliant with a maintenance program.
