Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a severe and life-threatening cutaneous adverse reaction. Drug-induced AGEP is mainly related to antibiotics. More recently, AGEP following spider bites has been increasingly described.

Unlabelled: Clown nose-like lesion can be the manifestation of inflammatory, infectious or neoplasm-related diseases, and some genetic syndromes. Lung carcinoma metastasize rarely to the skin. To our knowledge, 16 cases of lung cancer metastasis with clown nose-like lesions have been reported.

Necrobiosis Lipoidica (NL) is a rare granulomatous skin condition typically occurring in lower extremities. We report an atypical case of NL, and we highlight the role of dermoscopy in the diagnostic approach.

Nodular hidradenoma is a rare benign adnexal tumor that occurs as a solitary nodule with a predilection for the head, face, and upper extremities. We describe the case of nodular hidradenoma presenting as an expanding nodule on the scalp. This tumor is a simulator of malignant lesions on clinical and dermoscopic examination.
