Domestic violence is a worldwide problem, and there are over a billion women who have been exposed to violence from their husband or male partner. In Iraq, since the 2003 invasion, domestic violence has risen dramatically. In this study we aim to estimate the prevalence of domestic violence against women (and some associated factors) in Baghdad city.
