Background: The incidence of cervical neuroendocrine carcinoma (CNECC) during pregnancy is extremely rare. Insufficient awareness of gynecological tumor screening, as well as atypical and insidious initial clinical symptoms, may result in diagnostic delays and misdiagnosis. There is no standardized treatment for cervical cancer in pregnancy.

Methods: A total of 424 pregnant patients with moderate to severe OHSS who underwent fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) were retrospectively identified. The clinical features and laboratory findings within 24 h after admission were collected.

A receptive endometrium is required in a successful embryo implantation. The ubiquitination-induced β-catenin degradation is related to the implantation failure. This study aimed to elucidate whether miR-23a-3p regulates endometrial receptivity via the modulation of β-catenin ubiquitination.

Purpose: To describe some prenatal clinical features and laboratory findings of AFLP and provide the clinicians with potential predictors in postpartum recovery time.
Methods: Forty-four cases of AFLP previously treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively reviewed.
Results: The maternal and fetal mortalities after treatment were both 18.
Background: Acute pulmonary embolism (APE) can be life-threatening. Early detection is even more difficult for patients under general anesthesia as common symptoms are not available and the pathophysiological course of intra-operative APE is influenced by procedures of surgery and anesthesia, which makes patients under general anesthesia a distinctive group.
Case Presentation: We report a case of APE during orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia.
Objective: To determine whether ABCB1 gene polymorphisms affect the time course of action of rocuronium in Chinese patients.
Methods: This study included 105 unrelated Chinese patients undergoing general anesthesia with propofol, fentanyl, and rocuronium. Neuromuscular monitoring was performed with calibrated acceleromyography.
