We describe a case of paediatric orbital cellulitis with subperiosteal abscess following blunt facial trauma. Clinical features of orbital cellulitis developed on day 1 post-trauma. A subperiosteal collection subsequently formed lateral to the globe, causing significant ocular compromise.
