Objectives: To report the outcomes of surgical management of urinary tract endometriosis and discuss the choice between conservative and radical surgery.
Materials And Methods: We reviewed data concerning women managed for ureteral or bladder deep infiltrating endometriosis in 5 surgical departments participating in the CIRENDO prospective database. Preoperative data, surgical procedure data, and postoperative outcomes were analyzed.
Study Objective: Assessment of 1-year quality of life outcome of patients treated with laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy.
Design: A prospective multicenter observational study (Canadian Task Force classification II-3).
Setting: Four French medical centers.

Cerebral aneurysmal complications rarely occur during pregnancy. Telling the difference between eclampsia and cerebral hemorrhage due to aneurysmal rupture can prove to be difficult. Aneurysmal management should be performed in an emergency but fetal prognosis should be considered.
