To better characterize the therapeutic effects of fingolimod, kinematic gait analysis was employed to precisely measure movements of a hindleg while EAE mice walked on a treadmill. At least two types of toxins were found at all locations, with co-occurrence of two and three toxins in 12% and 10% of samples, respectively.
