Objective: To describe the construction of a management technology aimed at implementing the Systematization of Nursing Care in nursing services.

Method: This is a methodological, qualitative and explanatory study, based on the normative and legal framework of COFEN Resolution 358/2009. It comprised the theoretical construction of instruments for practice anchored in the literature and expertise of a group of 40 nurses, between April 2020 and June 2021.

The objective of this study was to elaborate theoretical propositions to help understanding the Systematization of Nursing Care as a distinct phenomenon of the Nursing Process. It is a reflective, theoretical study that presented two categories: "Systematization of Nursing Care: seeking differentiating contours" and "Systematization of Nursing Care: seeking defining contours". It was identified that the systematization is not concerned with guiding the professional nursing care itself, since this issue, together with the guidelines regarding the elaboration of clinical documentation resulting from the implemented nursing care, is related to the process.

To analyze the implications of the Nursing Care Systematization in Brazilian professional practice. Theoretical and reflective study, which listed as analytical categories the regulatory framework of systematization, the implications for professional practice, the limits and possibilities. In the legal frameworks, an evolution of understanding about Systematization was identified, which resulted in an update in the resolution that deals with the theme.

Objectives: to describe the experience of conducting workshops for teaching the subcutaneous fluid infusion therapy in palliative care patients.

Methods: experience report based on four workshops with a workload of nine hours each, addressing the teaching, implementation of the technique, and management in the use of subcutaneous fluid infusion therapy in patients in palliative care. The host institution was a private hospital, which had two care units in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

Objectives: To evaluate the improvement of the elderly's functional capacity before intervention in cognitive stimulation workshops, according to subgroups.

Methods: uantitative study, by before and after evaluation, following during one year the cognitive stimulation intervention, conducted according to recommendations of NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) Domain 3 - Behavior, Class P, Cognitive Therapy "interventions to reinforce or promote desirable behaviors or to change undesirable behaviors". Participants were 67 people, with ages between 60 and 88.
