- - A ZnO/diamond structure UV photodetector was created by depositing ZnO films of 50 and 100 nm thickness on diamond substrates using a sputtering technique.
- - The photodetector's photocurrent gain in the UV range was significantly influenced by the thickness of the ZnO films, achieving gains of 14.3 A/W and 308 A/W for the 50 nm and 100 nm films, respectively.
- - Peak responsivities for both film thicknesses occurred at 270 nm, with additional shoulder peaks noted at 240 nm and 290 nm, likely corresponding to properties of the diamond and ZnO materials.
