Primary aortoduodenal fistula (PADF) is a direct communication between the abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and duodenum. It is a rare entity and causes life-threatening gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Diagnosis requires a high index of clinical suspicion, and surgery offers the only hope for survival.
