Angiomyolipomas are benign renal hamartomas with - fat, smooth muscle, and abnormal blood vessel (tortuous, dysmorphic) components. The risk of hemorrhage is related to size of the tumor, presence of aneurysm, associations with tuberous sclerosis. In this case report we review the case of a 42-year-old woman presenting with acute flank pain and decreased hemoglobin, who was diagnosed with AML with right renal artery pseudo aneurysm on CT.
