This study evaluates the oncolytic potential of the Moscow strain of reovirus against human metastatic melanoma and glioblastoma cells. The Moscow strain effectively infects and replicates within human melanoma cell lines and primary glioblastoma cells, while sparing non-malignant human cells. Infection leads to the selective destruction of neoplastic cells, mediated by functional viral replication.

This paper introduces a novel multimodal SBB system that integrates human micro-expressions from text, an emerging biometric trait, with other established SBB traits in order to enhance online user identification performance. Including human micro-expression, the proposed method extracts five other original SBB traits for a comprehensive representation of the social behavioral characteristics of an individual.

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) accounts for almost half of all primary malignant brain tumors in adults and has a poor prognosis. Here we demonstrated the oncolytic potential of the L-16 vaccine strain of measles virus (MV) against primary human GBM cells and characterized the genetic patterns that determine the sensitivity of primary human GBM cells to oncolytic therapy. The current study aimed to validate the Russian version of the Child Behaviour Motivation Scale (CBeMO), examine gender differences in motivational tendencies, and explore the impact of executive functions on learning motivation tendencies among children. [Orthodontic treatment of adult patients with mandibular retrognathia].

This article describes a case report of the patient with mandibular retrognathia, class II malocclusion, constriction and deformation of dental arches and bimaxillary protrusion. Due to the patient's refuse to undergo the orthognathic surgery, after diagnostic, it was decided to carry out the orthodontic dentoalveolar compensation. The combined use of the functional fixed telescopic appliance (FFTA), bracket system and orthodontic miniscrews made it possible to effectively normalize the mandibular position, achieve orthognathic occlusion, eliminate bimaxillary protrusion and improve the face profile.
