Pulmonary mucormycosis causing a mycotic pulmonary artery aneurysm.

Mycotic pulmonary artery aneurysms requiring pneumonectomy are extremely rare. We present a severely breathless immunocompromised diabetic middle-aged female patient. CT pulmonary angiogram revealed a giant pulmonary artery aneurysm with impending rupture in the right lung.
