Horner's syndrome in cervico-dorsal tuberculosis: A rare case report.

Tuberculosis is a disease that affects any part of body and presents with varied complications. A case of cervico-dorsal tuberculosis is described here presenting with quadriparesis and Horner's syndrome. Horner's syndrome as a complication of cervico-dorsal tuberculosis has not been reported yet in literature.

Natural tibialization of fibula in non-union tibia: Two cases.

Background: Non-union of tibia is known to be a common complication after fracture both bones of leg treated conservatively. During the course of natural healing, fibula usually unites early as it had more soft tissue attachment and vascular supply. Due to early union of fibula and absence of axial force across the tibia, it undergoes non-union.

An iatrogenic proximal radioulnar synostosis: a case report and review of literature.

The most common cause of proximal radioulnar synostosis in adults is traumatic, usually after forearm fractures. Disabling complications are mainly loss of rotatory movements of the forearm. Various surgical procedures have been described in the literature to end up in forearm synostosis as a complication.

Double level Chance-type fractures of spine in ankylosing spondylitis.

Chance fractures are usually associated with seat belt injuries. Mechanism is always related to flexion-distraction at vertebral level. Double level Chance-type fractures have rarely been reported in published literature.

Winging of scapula due to serratus anterior tear.

Winging of scapula occurs most commonly due to injury to long thoracic nerve supplying serratus anterior muscle. Traumatic injury to serratus anterior muscle itself is very rare. We reported a case of traumatic winging of scapula due to tear of serratus anterior muscle in a 19-year-old male.
