A Photoacoustic Imaging Device Using Piezoelectric Micromachined Ultrasound Transducers (PMUTs).

A linear piezoelectric micromachined ultrasound transducer (PMUT) array was fabricated and integrated into a device for photoacoustic imaging (PAI) of tissue phantoms.
