Hypertension, a prevalent cardiovascular condition globally, remains a significant public health concern due to its association with increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Despite the availability of various antihypertensive therapies, achieving optimal blood pressure control in patients remains a challenge. Valsartan/sacubitril (ARNi), marketed as Entresto by Novartis, combines valsartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, with sacubitril, an inhibitor of neprilysin.

Current treatment options primarily include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, benzodiazepines, non-benzodiazepine anxiolytics, gabapentinoids, and beta-blockers. Neuropeptides have shown an important role in the regulation of complex behaviours, such as psychopathology and anxiety-related reactions.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second-most prevalent central nervous system (CNS) neurodegenerative condition. Over the past few decades, suppression of BCR-Abelson tyrosine kinase (c-Abl), which serves as a marker of -synuclein aggregation and oxidative stress, has shown promise as a potential therapy target in PD. c-Abl inhibition has the potential to provide neuroprotection against PD, as shown by experimental results and the first-in-human trial, which supports the strategy in bigger clinical trials.

The innate and adaptive immune systems interact intricately with the pathomechanisms that underlie disease. T cells can interact with keratinocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells through the cytokines they secrete.

is the most thoroughly researched etiological component for stomach inflammation and malignancies. Even though there are conventional recommendations and treatment regimens for eradicating , failure rates continue to climb. Antibiotic resistance contributes significantly to misdiagnoses, false positive results, and clinical failures, all of which raise the chance of infection recurrence.

Introduction: Depression is one of the most frequently occurring psychiatric disorders worldwide, affecting 121 million worldwide. World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that it is the leading cause of disability and the fourth leading contributor to the "global burden of diseases".
Objective: Investigating and developing a drug with a novel benefit-risk profile is critical.
Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore Edaravone and Noscapine in anAlCl3-induced Alzheimer's disease (AD) model.
Methods: Morris Water Maze (MWM), Novel Object Recognition (NOR), andY-maze tests with TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, amyloid-β, CAT, SOD and MDAlevels were performed, followed by brain histology.
Results: On the probe trial, the MWM demonstrated a decrease in escape latencyfollowed by an increase in the target quadrant.

Peptic ulcers (PU) are one of the commonest yet problematic diseases found to be existing in the majority of the population. Today, drugs from a wide range of therapeutic classes are available for the management of the disease. Still, the complications of the condition are difficult to tackle and the side effect profile is quite a concern.

Under typical circumstances, the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) and the autophagy-lysosome pathway are used to clean out undesired, damaged, misfolded, or aggregated proteins. Any dysregulation in the above-mentioned pathways leads to neurodegeneration.

A rising amount of evidence strongly proves the involvement of gut microbes in brain function and their contribution in altering behavior, mood, and ultimately in the pathogenesis of certain neurological conditions. The gut microbiota produces and modulates neurotransmitters such as GABA, serotonin, dopamine, glutamate, etc.

Objective: 1,3,4-thiadiazole (A), 1,3,4-oxadiazole (B) and 1,2,4-triazole (C) derivatives have been known for their immense pharmacotherapeutic potential. The current research article attempts to further explore and understand the probable biochemical mechanism related to antiinflammatory activity of derivatives.
Methods: The screened A, B and C derivatives were investigated for both in-vitro (Erythrocyte Membrane stabilization activity, Proteinase enzyme inhibitory activities) and in-vivo correlation using acute and chronic anti-inflammatory potential by carrageenan induced rats paw edema and cotton pellet granuloma methods, respectively.
Schizophrenia is a multifactorial, highly complex behavioral and cognitive disorder caused by disruptions of neurotransmitters in the brain, consequently affecting its functioning. The disorder is known to affect approximately 1% of the adult population worldwide. Antipsychotics used in the treatment have considerable drawbacks as they primarily aim to alleviate the positive symptoms of different aspects of the disorder and fail to treat the negative and cognitive symptoms.
