Introduction: Neuro-Behçet's disease (NBD) is an uncommon presentation in Behçet's disease (BD) with severe course and worse prognosis. Both vascular and NBD presentation without the classical triad of BD in a single patient is rarely reported.
Case Presentation: Here a 48-year-old male had an extensive aortic aneurysm eroding vertebra for which he was diagnosed as vascular BD.
Cardiometabolic complications such as the metabolic syndrome and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) are major causes of global morbidity and mortality. As sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) are implicated in this process, this study aimed to obtain greater mechanistic insights.
