Aim: To describe the management of home oxygen therapy for infants with acute bronchiolitis through a home care network: Hospital at Home (HAH).

Methods: A retrospective observational study was carried out during two consecutive winters from 2012 to 2014.

Results: A total of 141 patients were eligible for home oxygen therapy, and 54 were discharged on home oxygen therapy through HAH.

Neonatal jaundice is common and associated with delay in hospital discharge and risk of neurological sequelae if not treated. The objectives of the study were to report on our experience of the monitoring and treatment of neonatal jaundice in a home care setting and its feasibility and safety for neonates with high risk of severe hyperbilirubinemia. Choriocarcinoma is a malignant growth of trophoblastic cells characterized by secretion of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). Infantile choriocarcinoma is a very rare tumor, which is a complication of gestational choriocarcinoma and usually had very poor prognosis before chemotherapy was used. We report 1 new case as well as a review of the literature since 1945.
