Background: Intrauterine balloon tamponade (IUBT), specifically the usage of Bakri balloon tamponade (BBT), is an effective conservative management technique for postpartum haemorrhage (PPH). The primary objective was to evaluate local guidelines and contribute to evidence regarding ideal duration for BBT.
