To evaluate the aesthetic improvement of skin imperfections, a gelcream containing 10% of acetyl hexapeptide-8 (registered trademark Argireline®) was selected, that can be applied directly upon the lesion, followed by a light massage in the treated area for a few minutes
Results: The skin quality parameters (hydration, elasticity, sebum), photographs and investigators clinical assessment have been performed before and after the treatment and demonstrated that this cream significantly improved the skin values and the self-image expectation of each patient. No allergic reactions were documented during the period treatment
Conclusions: The topical administration of this cosmeceutical cream is a safe and effective alternative to the invasive procedures, to improve the quality of life in patients with some skin disorders such as cancer, surgical scars, hidradenitis, aging wrinkles

Differently hindered carbonates were synthesized via a protocol involving chemoselective Luche's reduction, acylation, and allylic amination. Over the ocean, there are limited changes in the distribution of the cold pool temperature, humidity, and gust front velocity, yet interactive heat fluxes induce more cold pools, which are smaller, and convection is then less organized. The use of cross-metathesis reaction represents a direct route to the cyclization precursors and the use of InBr3 (5 mol%) allowed polycyclic indole compounds to be isolated in high yields under mild reaction conditions (rt, DCM, minutes). Finally, efforts toward the development of a stereocontrolled version of the present cyclization are presented, highlighting [salenAlCl] and bimetallic [(salenAlCl)2-InBr3] system as promising chiral Lewis acids (ee up to 60%).
