Purpose: To assess the time taken by the single use 7.5Fr suction flexible ureteroscope to reduce pressure under 40 mm Hg and to characterize the behavior of stones, fragments and dust during suction activation.
Methods: An in vitro setting was developed for this experiment.
Brief Summary: The addition of home monitoring to an integrated care model in patients with advanced chronic heart/lung diseases decreases mortality, hospital and emergency admissions, improves functional status, HRQoL, and is cost-effective.
Background: Telemonitoring is a promising implement for medicine, but its efficacy is unknown in patients with advanced heart and lung failure (AHLF).
Objective: To determine the efficacy of a telemonitoring system added to coordinated clinical care in patients with AHLF.
What role could have intrinsic motivation toward reading in an extraordinary situation like the recent confinement? This research examines the relationship between intrinsic reading motivation (IRM) and reading habits in an adult population considering types of reading (for leisure, work/study, social networks, and news), gender, and distress generated by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The characterization and classification of the lesion is essential for proper surgical planning, with anteroposterior (AP), lateral and traction radiograph of the hip, paramount for decision-making.
Patients And Methods: This is a retrospective concordance study of 64 patients with hip fracture who consulted the hospital between January and July 2017.
