Although an effective combination of antiretroviral therapy (cART) controls HIV-1 viraemia in infected patients, viral latency established soon after infection hinders HIV-1 eradication. It has been shown that bryostatin-1 (BRY) inhibits HIV-infection in vitro and reactivates the latent virus through the protein kinase C-NF-κB pathway. Objectives: To prospectively assess the prevalence of urinary tract symptoms caused by indwelling ureteral stents and how they affect their quality of life using an specific questionnaire.

Material And Methods: A total of 100 patients with unilateral indwelling ureteral stents were asked to complete an specific questionnaire that include questions on urinary symptoms: dysuria, frequency of urination, incomplete empting, urgency, incontinence, haematuria and bother or pain associated with urinary stents affecting the daily activities of the patients. They were also asked to compete International Prostate Symptoms Score questionnaire and a question on quality of life.

RegulonDB is the primary database of the major international maintained curation of original literature with experimental knowledge about the elements and interactions of the network of transcriptional regulation in Escherichia coli K-12. This includes mechanistic information about operon organization and their decomposition into transcription units (TUs), promoters and their sigma type, binding sites of specific transcriptional regulators (TRs), their organization into 'regulatory phrases', active and inactive conformations of TRs, as well as terminators and ribosome binding sites. The database is complemented with clearly marked computational predictions of TUs, promoters and binding sites of TRs.

Background: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) have been widely used for pain relief in patients with renal colic. Dexketoprofen trometamol is an NSAID that has demonstrated good analgesic efficacy and a good safety profile after oral administration in different models of acute and chronic pain.

Objective: To assess the analgesic efficacy and safety of single intramuscular doses of dexketoprofen trometamol (25 and 50mg) compared with dipyrone (2g) in moderate to severe pain due to renal colic.
