The market for unmanned aerial systems (UASs) has grown considerably worldwide, but their ability to transmit sensitive information poses a threat to public safety. To counter these threats, authorities, and anti-drone organizations are ensuring that UASs comply with regulations, focusing on strategies to mitigate the risks associated with malicious drones. This study presents a technique for detecting drone models using identification (ID) tags in radio frequency (RF) signals, enabling the extraction of real-time telemetry data through the decoding of Drone ID packets.

Presently, growing attention is being given to the analysis of the impact of the ambient temperature on the GaN HEMT performance. The present article is aimed at investigating both DC and microwave characteristics of a GaN-based HEMT versus the ambient temperature using measured data, an equivalent-circuit model, and a sensitivity-based analysis. The tested device is a 0.

The zero-bias microwave detection capability of self-switching diodes (SSDs) based on AlGaN/GaN is analyzed in a wide temperature range, from 10 K to 300 K. The measured responsivity shows an anomalous enhancement at low temperature, while the detected voltage exhibits a roll-off in frequency, which can be attributed to the presence of surface and bulk traps. To gain a deep insight into this behavior, a systematic DC and AC characterization of the diodes has been carried out in the mentioned temperature range.

The implementation of the reform of nursing studies is a strategic part of the 2009-2013 care project of Millau General Hospital as it has modified the supervision of students on work placements and the organisation of caregivers. In order to make the ten-week work placements a rich learning experience, the teams of the hospital and nurse training institute have designed work placements and tools to provide the best possible support for the students and help them construct a professional identity.
