At present, traditional music therapy based on "white noise" is commonly used to treat tinnitus patients. This study aims to apply "pink noise", which has a more balanced frequency distribution than white noise, to the field of tinnitus rehabilitation treatment to study its inhibitory effect on tinnitus. Fractal technology (fractal mathematics) was used to generate semi-repetitive tones as the basic tone of music therapy.

This study attempts to explore the function and mechanism of action of rosavin in small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) . The viability and clone formation of SCLC cells were assessed using cell counting kit-8 and colony formation assays, respectively. Apoptosis and cell cycle were detected using flow cytometry and cell cycle analysis, respectively.

Article Synopsis
  • - The study involved 138 breast cancer patients and 138 patients with benign breast diseases to analyze pathological characteristics and myeloid-derived suppressor cell (MDSC) levels, revealing significant differences in cancer-related indicators like age, tumor size, and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).
  • - Results showed elevated peripheral blood MDSCs and differing cell surface markers in breast cancer patients compared to the control group, and significant correlations between positive expression of key biological molecules (PR, ER, HER-2, Ki-67) and factors such as lymph node metastasis and tumor size (P < 0.05).
  • - The study concluded that age, recurrence, and metastasis significantly affect clinical outcomes

Microbial activity has gained attention because of its impact on the environment and the quality of people's lives. Most of today's methods, which include genome sequencing and electrochemistry, are costly and difficult to manage. Our group proposed a method using the redox potential change to detect microbial activity, which is rooted in the concept that metabolic activity can change the redox potential of a microbial community.
