In this study, we identify a DNAJC-type co-chaperone: T cell activation inhibitor, mitochondria (TCAIM), and demonstrate its specific binding to α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (OGDH), a key rate-limiting enzyme in mitochondrial metabolism.
