Backgroud: Coronary slow flow (CSF) is a common phenomenon of coronary microcirculation dysfunction, and is closely related to elevated blood glucose and fibrinogen (FIB) levels. The aim of this study was to evaluate a new type of occluder for patent ductus arteriosus. Patent ductus arteriosus was established in a canine model by anastomosing a length of autologous jugular vein to the descending aorta and the left pulmonary artery in an end-to-side fashion.
