Advances in computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) technologies and adhesives have enabled the use of endocrowns as an effective and conservative treatment option for restoring endodontically treated teeth in pediatric populations. Thus, this case report presents the treatment of a severely damaged premolar tooth with coronal pulpotomy and a 3D-printed endocrown restoration. A 13-year-old patient with pain due to profound caries in the left maxillary second premolar tooth was referred to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Gazi University in Ankara, Türkiye.
