Herein, we report the case of a 75-year-old female patient diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with bone metastasis and a pathological fracture of the right iliac bone. The management strategy and follow-up were determined by a multidisciplinary cancer board comprising physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, and rehabilitation therapists.
