Objectives: Pharmacological and antifertility activity evaluation of Jatropha gossypifolia in rats.
Methods: The antifertility activity of the extracts of Jatropha gossypifolia in rats was evaluated using two experimental animal models. Estrogenic activity was evaluated in immature female rats using ethinyl estradiol as standard.
