Background: Incidence of sexual violence among recently arrived asylum-seeking women in France (INCIDAVI) is a French study which found a past year incidence of 26 % for postarrival sexual violence (SV) among asylum-seeking women (ASW). It reported that fewer than 1 out of 10 victims consulted a healthcare professional when SV occurred. These findings raise the question of how ASW who have been victims of SV get involved in care.

The aim of this study was to further characterize patterns of pregabalin users from substance abuse treatment facilities and detect changes in users profile over the study period.
Methods: The data source was the Observation des Produits Psychotropes Illicites ou Détournés de leur Utilisation Médicamenteuse (OPPIDUM) program, an annual, repeated, cross-sectional, nationwide, multicenter survey that collects consumption data from patients with substance use disorders.
Background: Migrants have complex health needs but face multiple barriers to accessing health care. Objectives: To our best knowledge, no study in France has comprehensively investigated the prehospital history of patients admitted for severe cases of COVID-19. 'Patients' voice is an excellent means to capture data on primary care pathways. We aimed to identify clusters of COVID-19 hospitalised patients with similar prehospital symptom sequences, and to test whether these clusters were associated with a higher risk of poor clinical outcomes.

The lack of stabilized prevalence findings on lifetime SV among ASRs in High-income countries hinders the development of adequate health management. The objective of this study was to determine the lifetime prevalence of SV experienced by ASRs living in High-income countries.

We aimed to determine the incidence of SV and its associated factors during the past year of living in France among asylum-seeking females who had arrived more than one year earlier but less than two years.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study using a life-event survey of asylum-seeking females who had been registered in southern France by the Office for Immigration for more than one year but less than two.

Aims: Assessment of geriatric syndromes in centenarians living in Marseille in 2020.
Methods: Observational preliminary study describing centenarians living in the Marseille area, being part of the patients base of the general practitioners (GPs).
Background: The World Health Organization (WHO) considers that the heterogeneity of concepts and definitions of migrants is an obstacle to obtaining evidence to inform public health policies. There is no recent data on the health status of only asylum seekers who have recently arrived in their Western host country. The purpose of this study was to determine the health status of asylum seekers and search for explanatory factors for this health status.

The aim of this study was to assess the incidence of leptospirosis from epidemiological surveillance and cases data from 2004 to 2018, and to propose tools to assess leptospirosis risk prior to any mission or leisure activity.
Method: A retrospective epidemiological study on leptospirosis cases among French Armed Forces was conducted.
Background: A Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) has been proposed to assess prognosis and to adapt oncological care in older patients with cancer. However, few biological markers are incorporated in the CGA.
Methods: This comparative study on older patients with cancer was realized before final therapeutic decision and during a CGA that included biological markers.
Aim: To assess the acceptability for GPS to use the French shared Electronic Health Record (Dossier Médical Partagé, "DMP") when caring for Homeless People (HP).
Methods: Mixed, sequential, qualitative-quantitative study. The qualitative phase consisted of semi-structured interviews with GPs involved in the care of HP.
Addictovigilance is a health vigilance dedicated to the survey of medicinal or illicit psychoactive substance use disorders (SUDs). France is the only European country to have a vigilance system specifically dedicated to substances with an abuse/addiction potential. The French Addictovigilance system is organized in a network of regional tertiary centres (called Abuse and Dependence Monitoring Centres, CEIP-Addictovigilance) and works in close collaboration with Regional and National health authorities.
