Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME) harnesses optimal scientific parameters for rehabilitation programs, and this may explain its neuroplastic outcomes. A normal motor development in a high risk of delay hydrocephalus case after CME as early intervention indicates it may be considered as research subject and treatment option to prevent motor delays.

Background: One of the biggest challenges in the spirituality, religiosity, and health field is to understand how patients and physicians from different cultures deal with spiritual and religious issues in clinical practice.

Purpose: The present study aims to compare physicians' perspectives on the influence of spirituality and religion (S/R) on health between Brazil, India, and Indonesia.

Method: This is a cross-sectional, cross-cultural, multi-center study carried out from 2010 to 2012, examining physicians' attitudes from two continents.

Background: Care can be considered a lifelong process, but caring for a child is different from caring for an older adult. The present study aims to compare the caregiving process from infancy through old age by evaluating differences in caregiver burden, mental health, and quality of life and to describe the factors that could impact these outcomes.

Methods: To compare different groups of caregivers, we included 300 caregivers recruited from admissions to a tertiary acute hospital: 100 caregivers of children, 100 caregivers of adults, and 100 caregivers of older adults.

Background: Despite wide use as a diagnostic tool in medical and dental practice, radiography can induce cytotoxic effects and genetic damage.

Objective: To evaluate DNA damage (micronucleus) and cellular death (pyknosis, karyolysis and karyorrhexis) in exfoliated buccal mucosa cells taken from healthy children following exposure to radiation during dental radiography.

Materials And Methods: A total of 17 children who had undergone panoramic dental radiography were included.

Experiments were performed to study the physiological regulation of angiotensin (Ang) AT1b receptors using Ang AT1a knockout mice (AT1aKO). Ang AT1b mRNA was analyzed in forebrain, hypothalamus, and brainstem using in situ hybridization (ISH) under baseline and water-restricted conditions. Plasma was analyzed for osmolality, vasopressin, and corticosterone.

The anteroventral region of the third ventricle (AV3V) is critical in mediating osmotic sensitivity. AV3V lesions increase plasma osmolality and block osmotic-induced vasopressin (VP) and oxytocin (OT) secretion. The aim was to evaluate the effects of AV3V lesions on neurosecretion under control/water replete conditions and after 48 h dehydration.
