Bannayan-Riley-Ruvalcaba Syndrome is a rare condition caused by mutations in the PTEN gene. It displays association of multiple lipomas, macrocephaly, hemangiomas, hamartomatous intestinal polyposis, developmental delay and speckled pigmented maculae on the male genitalia. We report the case of a nine-month-old boy who had fast growing and progressive tumors for three months, macrocephaly and lentigines on the penis.

The case of a patient with brownish plaques on the forehead and temporal region, pink malar and chin papules, and hypopigmented macules on the back and trunk is described. The diagnosis of the Bourneville-Pringle syndrome is based on clinical criteria.

Use of isotretinoin, testosterone, and exacerbated immune responses in the body are related triggers. Signs, symptoms and laboratory findings such as fever, hepatomegaly, polyarthralgia, leukocytosis, plaquetose, increased inflammatory markers and transaminases, are characteristic.
