Aim: Describe the results of brachytherapy in the prevention of recurrences in conjunctival melanoma (CM) and describe a dosimetric protocol.

Methods: Retrospective and descriptive case report. Eleven consecutive patients with a confirmed histopathological diagnosis of CM treated with brachytherapy between 1992 and 2023 were reviewed.

Introduction: Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is the leading cause of blindness in working-age adults in most developed countries.
