We previously described a primary rat neuron assay in which tau inclusions form from endogenous rat tau after seeding cells with insoluble tau isolated from the human AD brain. This will include developing standards of practice, improve gaps in care, and design improved research protocols to study new chronic limb-threatening ischemia treatment and diagnostic options. Following a round table discussion that identified hypotheses and suppositions the wound care community had during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the CLI Global Society undertook a critical review of literature using PubMed to confirm or rebut these hypotheses, identify knowledge gaps, and analyse the findings in terms of what in wound care has changed due to the pandemic and what wound care providers need to do differently as a result of these changes.

We examined the mechanisms that maintain these cells in an autochthonous model of lung adenocarcinoma. Longitudinal sampling and single-cell sequencing of tumor-antigen specific TCF-1 CD8 T cells revealed that while intratumoral TCF-1 CD8 T cells acquired dysfunctional features and decreased in number as tumors progressed, TCF-1 CD8 T cell frequency in the tumor draining LN (dLN) remained stable.

Gosuranemab (BIIB092) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to N-terminal tau. While Gosuranemab passive immunotherapy trials for PSP failed to demonstrate clinical benefit, Gosuranemab reduced N-terminal tau in the cerebrospinal fluid of transgenic mouse models and PSP patients.

We also assessed the mediating role of behavioral and psychosocial factors in the association between childhood SES and adult TL.
Methods: Childhood SES was assessed individually by using participant's mother's education and occupation, father's education and occupation, parental home ownership, and family structure.
We report the case of an otherwise healthy 17-year-old female who presented for surgical removal of an enlarging "atypical cyst" on her scalp. During subtotal excision, only friable serosanguinous translucent ribbons of tissue were found. A histopathologic diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) was rendered and imaging studies revealed extradural invasion of the tumor.
