Background: As a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 4 (TNFSF4) is expressed on antigen-presenting cells and activated T cells by binding to its receptor TNFRSF4. However, tumorigenicity of TNFSF4 has not been studied in pan-cancer. Therefore, comprehensive bioinformatics analysis of pan-cancer was performed to determine the mechanisms through which TNFSF4 regulates tumorigenesis.

The very top surface of the photoelectrode and semiconductor/electrolyte interface plays a pivotal role in defining the performance for PEC CO reduction. However, such impact remains poorly understood.

Recent clinical studies have reported an increased risk of LUTS, particularly severe LUTS conditions, in male asthmatic patients. However, the potential link and mechanism remain unclear.

Introduction: A variety of hypoglycaemic drugs are used to treat polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), but their efficacy remains insufficient. Glucokinase activators (GKAs) are a unique class of hypoglycaemic medications with emerging potential, notably in significantly reducing insulin resistance (IR). Nevertheless, the efficacy of GKAs in treating PCOS, particularly in the absence or presence of IR, remains uncertain.
