This meta-analysis focuses on the controversial efficacy and safety of microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT) as compared with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). We have attempted to provide an evidence-based medicine protocol for the conservative treatment of KOA. Researchers collected and compared randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that used microfragmented adipose tissue and platelet-rich plasma to treat knee osteoarthritis.

Here, we generated two humanized anti-B7H3 × 4-1BB bsAbs (HK056-001/002) by fusing an anti-4-1BB scFv to the C-terminus of an anti-B7H3 with an intact Fc fragment from human IgG1 or IgG4. The two bsAbs were able to stimulate the 4-1BB signaling pathway, which was strictly dependent on B7H3 expression.

While mass spectrometry-based label-free proteomics with trace cell has been demonstrated, deep proteomics with ultratrace human biofluid remains challenging due to low protein concentration, extremely limited patient sample volume, and substantial protein contact losses during preprocessing. Herein, we proposed and validated lanthanide metal-organic framework flowers (MOF-flowers), as effective materials, to trap and enrich protein in biofluid jointly through cation-π interaction and O-Ln coordination.

Wildland fires constitute a major source of ambient fine particulate matter (PM), significantly impacting air quality and public health. As the climate becomes warmer and drier, fire frequency is projected to rise, yet how the associated health impacts of fire-sourced PM (FPM) respond to climate change remains vague. In this study, we modeled the global concentration and associated premature deaths of FPM over the past two decades.

Purpose: We aimed to explore the value of [Ga]Ga‑FAPI PET/CT for the evaluation of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) in comparison with [F]FDG PET/CT.
Methods: Thirty-two patients pathologically diagnosed with LCH were enrolled in this study. [Ga]Ga‑FAPI and [F]FDG PET/CT were performed within 1 week to identify disease extent and status.
