We report a case of abdominal paraesophageal bronchogenic cyst in a 19 year-old patient who complained of dysphagia. Based on this exceptional finding, the authors state overview the pathogenic theories and the histologic features which distinguish para-esophageal bronchogenic cysts from duplications.
