Electrospinning of Poly-3-Hydroxybutyrate Fibers Loaded with Chlorophyll for Antibacterial Purposes.

This work is devoted to the creation of biocompatible fibrous materials with a high antimicrobial effect based on poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) and chlorophyll (Chl). The data obtained show the possibility of obtaining fibrous materials from PHB and Chl by electrospinning methods. The obtained electrospun matrices were investigated by the SEM, DSC and FTIR methods.

Segmentation and identification of spectral and statistical textures for computer medical diagnostics in dermatology.

An important component of the computer systems of medical diagnostics in dermatology is the device for recognition of visual images (DRVI), which includes identification and segmentation procedures to build the image of the object for recognition. In this study, the peculiarities of the application of detection, classification and vector-difference approaches for the segmentation of textures of different types in images of dermatological diseases were considered. To increase the quality of segmented images in dermatologic diagnostic systems using a DRVI, an improved vector-difference method for spectral-statistical texture segmentation has been developed.

Surgical Treatment of Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Pulmonary Disease and a Combination of Nontuberculous Mycobacterium Pulmonary Disease and Pulmonary Tuberculosis.

Objectives: Nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease (NTMPD) is an important health system problem worldwide. Surgical treatment experience is limited, and the safety of such operations is still unclarified. Therefore, improving our knowledge of NTMPD is important.

[Surgical treatment of bronchopleural complications after lung resection and pleurectomy in patients with tuberculosis].

Objective: To increase an efficiency of surgical treatment of bronchopleural complications after lung resections and pleurectomies through the development of modern indications, treatment strategies, techniques and postoperative management.

Material And Methods: We analyzed data in 252 patients with bronchopleural complications after lung resections and pleurectomies. The study included patients who underwent treatment at the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis for the period 2004-2010, Clinical Hospital of Phthisiopulmonology of the Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University for the period 2011-2017 and Thoracic Center of the Republic of Ingushetia for the period 2015-2019.
