Purpose: We evaluated tumor uptake and systemic distribution of intravesically instilled iododeoxyuridine (IUdR) in patients with superficial bladder cancer.
Materials And Methods: We performed 24 intravesical instillation studies in 11 patients with a mean age of 71 years. Radio-iodinated IUdR was administered through a Foley catheter.

At least 13 times during the Pleistocene Epoch lava flowed into the inner gorge of the Grand Canyon and formed lava dams, as high as 600 m, that temporarily blocked the flow of the Colorado River. K-Ar ages on these lava dams indicate that the seven youngest formed within a short period of time between about 0.6 and 0.

Although many radiopharmaceuticals are "targeted" to specific tissues or organs, we will discuss only agents that are either chemically or metabolically transformed producing an active form that is retained by its target. Site-specific prodrugs of diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals are routine in the nuclear medicine applications, but the instances of targeting of radiotherapeutic prodrugs are surprisingly rare.

Correlative studies included pharmacokinetic and biodistribution analyses, estimates of absorbed radiation dose, and measurement of human antimonoclonal antibodies (HAMA).
Patients And Methods: After collection and cryopreservation of hematopoietic stem cells, 15 patients with gastrointestinal cancers were administered a tracer dose of 131I-MAb CC49.
