[A rapid method of energy metabolism assessment in the human body using thermovision technology].

Quick method of energy metabolism assessment by direct calorimetry using thermovision technology for momentary registration of thermoreturn from whole human body surface is suggested. For realization this method an algorithm of computer program was developed for processing hundred thousands of points of skin temperature measures and temperature of surrounding environment. This method can be used for assessment of big groups of population.

[Hygienic standardization of temperature parameters of sauna effects on pre-school children].

Critical temperature (70 degrees C) of hot air exposure of children aged 4-5 was determined by physiological investigations. Determination of isothermal skin sites of children is useful for hygienic standardization of sauna air exposure.

[Differential evaluation of environmental factors and health of schoolchildren].

The problem in the study of the mechanisms of school-children's health formation during their study at school can be solved by applying a systems approach with the use of a multifactorial analysis which combines a host of some environmental components into a number of risk factors identified from the degree of their impact on the health status of pupils. In accordance with the contribution to the dispersion of signs, the role of intraschool environmental factors increases from 12.5% in primary school children to 20.

[Biotechnical systems--new potentials for research in hygiene].

The authors have worded the main assumptions of the present-day trends in hygienic studies based on the feedback biotechnical systems. It is suggested that biocontrol may be exercised on the basis of automated diagnosis of the hygienically significant conditions of the body. Concrete examples of deciding the indicated problems are reviewed.
