Background: To compare the performance of a new-generation cobalt-chromium balloon-expandable bare metal stent with a stainless steel platform for the treatment of iliac occlusive disease.
Methods: Consecutive patients treated for symptomatic iliac occlusive disease between 2014 and 2021 with the cobalt-chromium Dynetic-35 or the stainless steel Dynamic platform were retrospectively evaluated. Outcome measures included technical success, device- or procedure-related death, clinically-driven target lesion revascularization (CD-TLR), primary patency, and major index limb amputation up to 12 months.
Background: To investigate the long-term efficacy of the paclitaxel-eluting Legflow balloon catheter in the treatment of "real-world" long and complex femoropopliteal lesions.
Methods: The REFLOW study was a prospective, multi-national, non-randomized, single arm study evaluating the long-term safety and efficacy of the Legflow paclitaxel-eluting balloon dilatation catheter in the treatment of stenotic or occlusive lesions >150 mm long in the femoropopliteal arteries of symptomatic patients (Rutherford 2-5). A total of 120 study subjects were enrolled in a period of 30 months, between October 2015 and May 2018.
To evaluate the impact of polypharmacy, defined as the concurrent use of five or more medications, on the clinical outcomes of patients undergoing revascularisation for symptomatic peripheral arterial disease (PAD). This is a retrospective analysis of consecutive PAD patients treated by surgical, endovascular or hybrid therapy in a tertiary center between January 2017 and December 2017. The composite of amputation and/or death (amputation-free survival; AFS) was the primary endpoint.

We analyzed demographic, disease-related, and radiologic features of VMFs presenting to interventional radiology between May 2008 and August 2020 using compendium vascular anomaly (Compva) criteria. MIT and specific agents were evaluated, and treatment effects were assessed through volumetry and mean signal intensity (MSI) on multiparametric longitudinal MRI.

In this study, we compare the outcomes of atherectomy combined with drug-coated balloon (DCB) angioplasty and open repair of DFA lesions.
Methods: This is a multicenter retrospective registry of patients with peripheral artery occlusive disease Rutherford categories 2 to 5 treated by surgical profundaplasty (SP) or atherectomy followed by DCB for DFA lesions (symptomatic DFA).
