Background: Numbness and tingling secondary to chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) are frequent side effects that limit chemotherapy treatment and quality of life. Soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) is a bifunctional enzyme involved in fatty acid metabolism and a promising drug target.
