Purpose: This study investigated late urinary adverse events (UAEs) in patients who underwent pelvic radiation therapy, with a focus on occurrence, diagnostic characteristics and the impact of subsequent extirpative surgery with the need of urinary diversion on quality of life.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of 20 patients after pelvic radiotherapy (2016-2022) was conducted. Data included demographics, perioperative details, oncological parameters, and patient-reported outcomes.
Objective: We aim to provide a template structured report of fetal Magnetic Resonance Imaging in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) that was locally validated by the CDH study group in Mannheim.
Methods: A selection of 50 fetal MRIs of patients with an isolated diaphragmatic hernia and associated radiology reports from five different senior radiologists from a single center resulted in a primary structured report, which was put into practice by using dedicated software. A questionnaire survey of the interdisciplinary CDH study group Mannheim was used to adapt the report to the clinical requirements.

Objective: Fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is broadly used as a method for assessing prognosis in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). In addition to the extent of lung hypoplasia, determined by measuring the lung volume, cardiac impairment due to pulmonary hypertension and left cardiac hypoplasia is decisive for the prognosis. The percentage area of left ventricle (pALV) describes the percentage of the inner area of the left ventricle in relation to the total area, whereas the mediastinal shift angle (MSA) quantifies the extent of cardiac displacement.

Our study aims to analyze lung morphology characteristics via radiomic-assisted extraction of lung features in patients after congenital diaphragmatic hernia repair. 72 patients were retrospectively analyzed after approval by the local research ethics committee.
