Uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs) represent a sizable healthcare burden with a substantial negative impact on patients' health-related quality-of-life (HRQoL). However, the HRQoL impact of uUTI from the patient perspective is under-represented in research. A cross-sectional online survey assessed activity impairment and work productivity, HRQoL, costs, and treatment satisfaction of female patients with uUTIs in the US; the current study applies this earlier methodology to Germany to provide a European perspective.

Purpose: There are limited data on the impact of caregiving for patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) on the caregiver. We aimed to identify the demographic characteristics of these caregivers, the caregiving activities they perform and how caregiving burden impacts their work productivity and overall activity.

Objective: We aimed to investigate the burden of persistent musculoskeletal (MSK) pain in Rolls-Royce UK employees.

Methods: Employees with ( n = 298) and without ( n = 329) persistent MSK pain completed a cross-sectional survey. Weighted regression analyses were conducted to compare sickness absence, work ability, workplace accommodations/adaptations, and emotional well-being between these cohorts, controlling for confounders.
