Pulmonary venous developmental anomalies have historically been evaluated using echocardiography and catheter-based angiography. In recent years, however, multidetector CT angiography (MDCTA) and MR angiography have become increasingly important tools for detailed characterization of these anomalies. This case report provides an in-depth review of the radiologic findings in a 15-year-old patient diagnosed with the supracardiac type of Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection (TAPVC).

All the synthesised derivatives were assessed for cytotoxic activity against a panel of human cancer and normal cell lines and the results showed that most of the compounds exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against cancer cells and as well some of the compounds showed less cytotoxicity against normal cells. In particular, compound showed potent cytotoxic activity against tongue cancer cell lines.

Biphenotypic sinonasal sarcoma (BSNS) is a rare malignant tumor that affects the upper nasal cavity and ethmoid sinuses. It is more commonly found in middle-aged women and is characterized by the infiltration and hypercellular proliferation of spindle cells. These cells exhibit specific immunoreactivity.

This research employs a comprehensive approach that includes the mapping of immune cells activating epitopes derived from the six structural glycoproteins (A29L, A30L, A35R, L1R, M1R, and E8L) of Monkeypox virus (Mpox). A total of 7 T-cells-specific epitopes, 13 B-cells-specific epitopes, and 5 IFN-γ activating epitopes were forecasted within these glycoproteins.

Herein, a microsphere-like trinary hybrid nanocomposite has been synthesized (NH/PIn/MAA/Ag). It comprises exfoliated single- and a few-layered Ni(OH) (NH nanosheets), mercaptoacetate-functionalized polyindole (PIn/MAA), and Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs) through an approach.
