Purpose: To describe a surgical technique for retinal detachment with undetected retinal breaks, which combines pars plana vitrectomy and external subretinal fluid (SRF) drainage.
Methods: In this retrospective observational study, patients with a diagnosis of retinal detachment with undetected retinal breaks were enrolled. Standard three-port 25-gauge (G) core and peripheral pars plana vitrectomy was performed.
Objective: This study aimed to analyze the microcirculation of the macula, the optic nerve, and the choroid in patients with migraine by optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) during spontaneous migraine attacks, comparing the findings with scans performed in the interictal period in the same subjects and healthy controls (HCs).
Methods: In this case-crossover design study, patients diagnosed with migraine who underwent an OCTA during a migraine attack were enrolled. A cohort of HCs was recruited for comparison.

This paper uses content analysis to investigate such negative social externalities within local communities and neighbourhoods. Through a corpus of 90 news articles about traffic incidents caused by navigation technologies, we identified negative traffic and safety-related externalities, including congestion, damage, pollution, and accidents.
